JANSYN
OWNER / OPERATOR
I began my journey at Ruff Dayz in 2020 and proudly took over as the owner in August 2024! At home, I’m surrounded by my 3 dogs, 3 cats, my boyfriend and my adventurous two-year-old son. I love large dogs, but the bigger, the better! I recently taught myself how to groom, so that is my newest adventure. There’s nothing I love more than seeing all the happy tail wags coming through our doors everyday!
BEE
MANAGER
I started at Ruff Dayz in February of 2020 and quickly developed a deep love for working in the animal field. It quickly became clear that this was a job I couldn’t live without! My favorite breed group is Sighthounds. My dream dog would be either be a Chihuahua, or a brindle Silken Windhound that I could do agility with.
KELSEY
DAYCARE LEAD
I’ve been at Ruff Dayz for 6 years, and getting to know each and every dog has been incredibly rewarding, making this the best job ever. In addition to my dog experience, I have over 3 years of professional experience with exotic animals. At home, I have 3 snakes, 4 crested geckos, and 4 larger breed dogs! My favorite breed is either the Siberian Husky or the American Pit Bull Terrier.
ALEX
OVERNIGHT ATTENDANT
I’ve been working at Ruff Dayz for almost 4 years, but have been around dogs my whole life. If your dog has stayed here overnight, I'm usually the one sharing a bed with them! If I'm not here, I’m most likely painting, sewing, or doing something creative. I even have a cat I found right here at Ruff Dayz! My favorite kinds of dogs are the small and elderly ones.

ALYSSA
PET STYLIST
I have been grooming over 8 years now and love taking care of pets! Getting pups to trust the grooming process while feeling their best is my passion. I love animals and nature of all kinds, spending my time birding, hiking, and caring for my pets and collection of house plants. I love doing all types of haircuts, from a simple shave for summer, to a fluffy, full hand scissored look.
SIERRA

I started at Ruff Dayz in June 2025 with five years of prior experience and dove in headfirst. Growing up around animals of all sizes and breeds made it only natural to continue that passion in my career. Alongside my work at Ruff Dayz, I’m studying Veterinary Medicine through the Parkland Veterinary Technician program. My favorite part of working here is opening my heart to all of your fur babies!
